PROPERTY RULES

The below-mentioned Property Rules are to guide our guests rather than limit them. We did our best to find the balance between what our guests can and cannot do while leaving some freedom to enjoy. Our rules serve as a guide to help our guests have the best possible stay, rather than a strict list of things they have to follow. The Property Management reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the property any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these Property Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

a. All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all Property Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager.

2. NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD

a. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.

b. Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring properties, especially during nighttime hours (11 PM – 8 AM), and upon arrival and departure.

3. VISITORS

a. Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 (two) Visitors at any time during their stay.

b. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that Visitors comply with these Property Rules.

c. Any additional overnight Visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.

4. PARKING

a. Guests and any Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbors and other vehicles.

b. Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows:

i. Each villa is entitled to 1 parking space by default.

ii. Every additional parking slot must be agreed upon by the Property Manager.

5. SECURITY AND SAFETY

a. Both Guests and Visitors are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.

6. SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI

a. The swimming pool must be used only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

b. The Jacuzzi can be used at the same time as the pool but must be approved in advance by the management.

7. GYM

a. The gym must be used only between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

b. Children under 16 are prohibited from entering the gym area.

8. SMOKING

a. Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.

9. PETS

a. Pets are not permitted at Villa Bilgah Boutique Hotel.

10. BARBECUE

a. BBQs are not permitted inside any apartment, nor on its balconies or terraces. Barbecues are only permitted in designated places where such facilities are provided by Property Management in advance.

11. CINEMA

a. The open-air cinema is free to watch anytime a show is turned on. There is a designated open-air cinema time.

b. The indoor cinema should be agreed upon with the management for use.

12. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES

a. All damages and breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit.

13. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

a. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and checkout is at 12:00 PM.

14. DEPOSIT POLICY

a. Individual guests guarantee credit card booking.

b. Every guest who wants to make a reservation at Villa Bilgah Boutique Hotel has to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid either by credit card or in cash.c. All guests are required to deposit at least 300 AZN as a guarantee at the Villa Bilgah reception desk.

15. COMPLIANCE

a. Breach of any of these Property Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Permission to Occupy.
